This policy explains how TotoWatch (“TotoWatch”, “we”) handles personal information submitted through this marketing website. It is written with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019 in mind.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect: your name, school or organisation, work email, telephone number, county, role, an optional approximate student count, and any message you write. We do not ask for information about children, and ask that you do not include any in your message.
Our hosting provider may keep routine technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and provide a quotation (based on your consent and on steps you ask us to take).
- To protect the website from spam and abuse (our legitimate interest in keeping it secure).
Who receives it
Enquiries are delivered to the TotoWatch team by email through a transactional email provider that processes them for us. We do not sell your information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship with your school, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details below. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.

The TotoWatch application
Information that schools, parents, drivers and assistants handle inside the TotoWatch application is governed by the terms agreed with each school, not by this website policy.
