Schools can manage their students, parents, buses, drivers and bus assistants, create trip manifests, and view vehicles on a map. Parents can see journey information their school makes available to them, and the platform supports journey notifications.

School administrators, parents and guardians, drivers and bus assistants each have their own access. Accounts are set up through the school’s deployment.

Parents receive their access details through their school, sign in using a web browser, and complete a first-login verification. If you haven’t received details, ask your school’s administrator.

Yes. The platform includes a live vehicle map and journey playback where vehicles supply location data. The exact tracking arrangement depends on your school’s deployment, so please confirm it with us during a demonstration. Parents see their child’s bus only while their child is on board.

The platform supports in-app journey notifications, such as boarding, alighting and proximity events. Which notifications are enabled, and how they reach parents, depends on your school’s configuration. We’ll confirm this during your demonstration.

TotoWatch is a web-based service that you open in a browser, including on a mobile phone. If you need a dedicated mobile app, ask us during a demonstration.

Schools run transport in different ways, for example their own buses or contracted operators. We review your arrangements during requirements assessment so we can tell you honestly how TotoWatch would fit.

Access is role-based, so people see only the information relevant to their role. Sign-in uses first-login verification and sessions time out automatically. We do not claim any certification, and the website’s Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected here. Ask us about data protection terms when discussing your deployment.
